The Maori economy

BERL estimates that Maori businesses had an asset base of around $40bn in 2010. EY says that this could grow to 100 billion in the next few years. So if the Maori economy is a thing, what does it mean, how is it different from the rest of the economy, and how do we make it go faster? Is there a tech angle to this, or is it all farming, forests and fish?

This is the thirtieth Moxie Session, held 8 June 2015 in Auckland.
